DataTrace data loggers are engineered specifically for extreme environments such as steam, ethylene oxide and other various sterilization processes and chambers, heat tunnels, retorts, smokehouses, food processing and more. Autoclaves/steam sterilization, retort sterilization, dry heat ovens and tunnels, curing processes, food pasteurization and several other processes rely on accurate temperature measurements to ensure product/patient safety, product integrity and process reliability. Though critical to many applications, temperature data logging is not the only crucial parameter that DataTrace data loggers can be useful for.
MPIII Temperature Data Logger
The durable, proven DataTrace MPIII Temperature Data Logger is designed to provide accurate data over a wide range of applications with remarkable ease. Its small size allows you to position the logger very near or inside the items you are monitoring. With a wide range of probe types, lengths and temperature ranges, you can be certain that there is an MPIII option that is ideal for monitoring your process.
MPRF Temperature Data Logger
DataTrace® MPRF Temperature data loggers deliver the data from chilling, freezing and room temperature to pasteurization, EO sterilization and depyrogenation. MPRF Temperature data loggers provide accurate data over a wide range with remarkable ease; from as low as -80ºC to +400ºC. This makes it easy to monitor processes across a wide spectrum of temperatures in a variety of different industries and products.
Micro Flex Temperature Data Logger
The Micro Flex logger’s design provides capability to measure surface and vial temp with one logger, or measure two vials or two surface temperatures at one time. The Micro Flex logger is a small, 2mm diameter probe that can fit inside vials for vial monitoring and allows the convenience of having real-time data as your process is happening.

Sentinel Temperature Data Logging System
The combination of cooking temperatures, by-products and environmental conditions present in a meat curing or cooking environment present complications when trying to get accurate, real-time data from within your process.
The DataTrace Sentinel Monitoring System allows for real-time transmission of key metrics so that accurate determinations can be made about the product within the process and when product can be removed from the process at the most efficient and appropriate time, eliminating the need for manual temperature verification.
Thermowell Temperature Data Logger
The DataTrace MPIII Thermowell Data Logger allows for the addition/removal of the logger without compromising a sealed product or system. This logger is ideal for monitoring temperatures in a sealed container such as a can or bottle or for an SIP or CIP system at the typical monitor points where the Thermowell can be welded directly into piping allowing the logger to be easily removed and replaced when desired without shutting down the process.
Dual Probe MPIII Temperature Data Logger
The DataTrace Dual Probe Temperature Logger allows the user to measure 2 data points with a single logger. With 2 probes, this data logger is ideal for either collecting data from within a product and from the ambient conditions within a process or for collecting data from 2 separate areas of the product in question.
Needle Tip Temperature Data Logger
Mesa Labs’ Needle Tip MPIII and Bendable Needle Tip MPIII data loggers allow for improved monitoring of product temperature during an autoclave sterilization cycle. For example, the sterilization of reusable metal trays.
The Needle Tip loggers allow for access to tight and difficult to get to spaces. The loggers are so versatile they can be inserted into pharmaceutical vials through the rubber stopper.
