Kara Foote joined Mesa in December, 2015 as a Customer Service Specialist, supporting customers and providing expertise regarding the DataTrace product line. Kara has since moved into a new role providing technical support to DataTrace customers and a wide range of solutions for hardware and software troubleshooting. She also manages the DataTrace rental program and provides valuable insight for our blogs and newsletters. Prior to joining Mesa, Ms. Foote was a Customer Relations Specialist in the culinary industry for 15 years where she provided focused internal training for optimization of customer satisfaction and food safety in a variety of environments. She has received two major awards in recognition of her diligence to customer satisfaction.
