Mesa is pleased to announce the release of 2 significant additions to our DataTrace product line of data logger systems and equipment, the MesaCal 8000 MicroBath and the 801 Reference Thermometer. Used in the calibration process, these new products be used in conjunction or individually and are both capable of automated calibrations using DT Pro, Mesa’s intuitive software package by simply connecting the units and taking advantage of the calibration utility within DT Pro.
The MesaCal MicroBath can be used anywhere for any type of DataTrace sensor. The MesaCal 8000 weighs less than 4.5 kg (10 lb) and is lighter and smaller than most dry-wells. Wherever you go with your MicroBath, you can count on its performance. MesaCal 8000 MicroBath is stable to ± 0.03 °C or better, depending on the fluid you use. Uniformity is ± 0.02 °C or better for low uncertainties using a reference thermometer.
In short, you get the stability and precision of a liquid bath in a drywell-sized package.
Accurate and repeatable to 0.05 °C over its full range, the Mesa 801 Reference Thermometer is the gold standard of industrial temperature calibration. Whether working outdoors in environments or on the floor of a processing plant, the battery-operated, portable reference thermometer is designed to go where you work, offering key features such as: stainless steel probe, digital readout, 90° rotating backlit LCD display and a user-configurable stability indicator.
